To start with the positive, the location is great, staff are friendly and my bed was comfortable, the air con is efficient. Unfortunately the website is not an accurate representation of the hotel. Our room had not been recently refurbished and had a toilet roll in thr ceiling blocking a hole in the wardrobe, slashes in the ceiling patched up with tape, the bathroom door was expanded with damp, there was mould on the frame, tiles had been put back on badly and the ceiling was ill fitting and had clearly had a damp issue. It was not a pleasant place to spend any time in and I would have not have booked it had I known how poor a state it was in. In addition I was told I had paid at the time of booking but payment was intact taken whilst I was staying, which is unhelpful for budgeting and which no one told me. When I checked in I was told we didn't need to pay the taxes but was charged this when checking out. Fine, but don't tell me one thing and do another.

Stay away from this hotel. We had a 5 night reservation but left after one night. Our room was the grossest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It smelled, it was filthy, the window would only stay closed when it had a suitcase up against it, 4 of 7 lightbulbs were out, the tub had a red substance in it (no, it was not rust) and there was no leg room to sit on the toilet.

Very polite stuff especially David, he is a very polite young man and helped me to buy a ticket for train to Strasburg. He and other stuff are so respectful. This hotel located in very beautiful alley full of caffè and bar, I walked to everywhere that I wanted to visit. Also the train station is near to hotel. My room was so comfortable with nice sight to the alley. The breakfast was not very various and the restaurant was so small. Totally I had a calm experince in this place so I like that.

I’ve seen some lackluster reviews of this hotel so I’ll start by saying that I disagree with them. First I’d recommend looking at the dates of these reviews. Most of them are old. Our experience here was great. We had a long stay, nine nights, so we really got to know the hotel and the staff. Every person we met was extremely friendly and helpful. You get the feeling that they truly care about your comfort and experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfy with fresh sheets daily if you want them. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with thick good smelling towels and as much hot water as you can use. This is not a Hilton or some big chain hotel. This is a Paris hotel owned and ran by Parisians. Stay here for a great Paris experience.

I booked Hotel Suites Unic Renoir,at Montparnasse it is very rundown and the rooms are so small that you can barely move around, staff also quite incompetent. Had to change hotel waste of time. For the price charged it is not worth it at all. The breakfast is not adequate and even before the time things finish and is not replenished.
